IT Support Executive
- Providing technical support such as installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, database and networks.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
- follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Administers and set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Contributes to company goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a technical support role.
- Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
