**Working Hours/Days: Rotating shift (Earliest shift STARTS at 6.30 am, Latest shift ENDS at 2.00 am) (9 hours shift) / 5 days & 2 days off (including weekends & Public Holidays)**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible to handle inbound call and assist on customers’ inquiries pertaining to the company telecommunication products and services.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or any equivalent.
- **Minimum 1 year of working experience in service industry preferably in call centre.**:

- **Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written.**:

- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- **MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.**:

- Able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates Degree are encouraged to apply.
- **MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.**:

- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
