Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department while also serving as a strategic partner to the organization’s leadership team.
- Employee Relations and Compliance - Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, etc
- Compensation & Benefits - Ensure current C&B framework is competitive and make suggestions for improvement, etc
- Payroll - Oversee the payroll function and ensure all payroll related activities are coordinated on a timely basis, etc
- Organisation Development - Recommend strategies and lead initiatives to engage employees, foster team collaboration, retain talent and recognize and reward success in the region, etc
- Trainings -Develop a structured format for onboarding of new employees and take the lead on induction programs in MY/ SEA, etc
- System - Oversee accuracy and update of the following key processes in the system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology (or a related/equivalent field)
- At least 8-10 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties or Business Partner role in a multinational company
- Working knowledge of Employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
- Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in the resolution of HR issues
- Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
