**Job Summary**:
As a Protégé Human Resources (Analytics and Payroll), you will be a key contributor to the analytics, payroll and compensation & benefits functions within the Human Resources department. This role is tailored for individuals eager to gain comprehensive experience in data analytics, payroll processing and managing employee compensation and benefits. You will work closely with seasoned HR professionals to contribute to the financial well-being and satisfaction of employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Verification: Review and validate payroll data, including timesheets, overtime, and other relevant information.

2. Payroll Processing: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

3. Payroll Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of payroll reports and statements for management and regulatory purposes.

4. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data to derive insights and trends related to employee performance, turnover and other relevant metrics.

5. Reporting: Contribute to the creation of regular reports for HR and organizational leadership, providing actionable insights.

6. Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks.

7. Compensation Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of salary surveys and internal job evaluations to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

8. Market Research: Support in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends in compensation and benefits.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to payroll, analytics, and compensation & benefits.

10. Communication: Collaborate with HR professionals to communicate changes in compensation and benefits to employees.

11. Training: Participate in training initiatives related to payroll systems, analytics tools, and compensation & benefits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, statistic, mathematic or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS, and data analytics tools.
- Initiative: Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive payroll and employee information with discretion and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
