**Position**
- Payroll Assistant (3-month Contract)
**Working hours**
- 8 am to 6 pm, Mon to Fri
**Working address**
- Shah Alam

**Responsibilities**:
1. Payroll
- OT & Allowance calculations.
- Report Submission (Variance File).
- Ensure Statutory Payments are made on time to local authorities.
- Work with payroll vendor and internal team to process payroll. Ensure salary is paid on time.
- Process Vietnam payroll. Liaise with the Vendor and submit per process.

2. Provide monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders such as HSE, Finance & HRBP APAC.

3. Handle Test&Go Portal (employee oral test result) and upload the result into the Folder.

4. Ensure Covid-19 Quarantine File are up to date.

5. Support on all local HR Operational activities (e.g. leave, employee insurance) and be the point of contact for local team and Regional Team.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**

1. 3 years of payroll experience.

2. Experience in running outsourced payroll systems such as ADP will be an advantage.

3. Able to onboard immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
