Human Resource Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; and ensure full payroll compliance to statutory regulations and company policies.
- Provide consultations and answer employees queries.
- To monitor HR administration works such as preparation of letter, new hires administration, confirmation, transfer or promotion.
- To keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee’s personal file, salary movements, new recruitments/appointments, transfer, promotion, warnings, leaves record, etc.
- Assist in overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labour Law and in line with market practices.
- Able to use system, and advice managements.
- Hiring and firing.
- Basic HR Law and Act knowledge.
- Coordinate HR projects (eg: surveys etc)
- Assist with employee relation and build strong relationships with employees
- Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
- To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant working experience or fresh graduate
- Knowledge in Malaysian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good attitude, discipline and can work as a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
