Administrative Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation, including the sales team, by managing daily administrative tasks and maintaining an organised office environment.
- Maintain and organise physical and digital files, documents, and records. Ensure efficient document retrieval and support in archiving when necessary.
- Assist in managing office maintenance tasks, including coordinating with facilities management for equipment repairs and overseeing the work of cleaning staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and assistance in various administrative and project-related tasks.
- Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases. Maintain up-to-date and precise records.
- Support in organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
