Responsibilities
- Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
- Prepare and distribute various departmental reports
- Maintain key control and monitor lost properties
- Maintain work area in proper state of cleanliness
- Coordinate between Housekeeping Department and other relevant departments
- Coordinate within the department and assist in daily housekeeping operations and requirements
- Maintain and update administrative tasks such as staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, linen/laundry records and taking inventories
