- Prepare monthly reports to HR Manager such as the summary of outstanding headcount, manpower tracking, turnover/termination etc.
d. **Administration of Employee Welfare**
- Update insurance provider on new joins and resigned employees, and employee status change for correct insurance coverage. Proper maintenance of employees’ personnel records and issuance of canteen coupons for distribution.
e. **Provide general administrative support**
- Create employee profiles for new hires in HUB (HRIS). Update and maintain employee records (personnel files) and preparation of correspondence, forms, and documents.
f. **Hub Administrator (HRIS)**
- Administer the Hub for the whole of Malaysia on a timely basis. Update new hires, and resignations, update employee details, maintain the accuracy of employee details in Hub and participate in audits.
g. **Hostel, Transport, and Canteen Administration**
- Administer the hostel, transport, and canteen benefits. Ensure the hostel meets the minimum requirement dictated by the Labor Department. Administer the transport function and canteen services based on the agreements that have been signed with the vendors. All invoices received from the vendors are checked and verified before payment is released. Monitor contracts validity period and promptly alert management to renew or source for new contractors when the lease or contract is ending.
h. **Income Tax Administration**

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
- 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- PC literate, basic software knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
**Special Training Required**
- Constantly keep abreast with the latest information pertaining to the HR field.
- Understanding of Employment Act 1955
