A corporate sales executive's role is to **generate leads and secure sales, ensuring to build positive relationships with clients**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer experience and relationships from their initial inquiry through delivery of products to ensure the whole process goes smoothly
- Work with others to manage the fulfillment of the orders to ensure on time delivery
- Source products and deal with vendors
- Find new customers through targeted outreach
- Help close sales deals with interested clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships and actively engage with clients and intermediaries to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client meetings
- Flexible with doing tasks required for the company assigned by the supervisor (e.g., assist colleagues in any department)

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and able to work as individual & in a team
- Previous experience with customers and delivering tasks on time
- Fluent in English & Malay languages. Proficiency in Mandarin language is a plus.
- Detail oriented and time/ completion oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and have the ability to be impartial and objective
- Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, performance driven
