Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
- Handle sales inquiry and prepare sales contract and other documents.
- Responsible to plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate customers's orders and liaise with the sales person on execution plan.
- To follow up with client on the contract, submission and payment status.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Sales Team or Management.
- Ensure customer submission and key into the system and all other related matters.
- To keep and manage all the relevant document properly.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
- Providing data and reports to support the Sales team.
- Involve in communication & coordination between customers and Sales team.
- Update databases and customer records.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
