**Position **:Customer Service Executive
**Location **:Jalan Chan Sow Lin
**Salary**: RM2,300 + Shift Allowance + Parking Allowance + KPI Allowance
**Working Hours**: Monday - Sunday / 24hours rotational / 2 days off
**Contract**: 12 months (Renewable based performance)
**Intake**: Immediate hiring - July2023
- Monitor and respond to the alarm signals within service level targets.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound call bilingually and effectively.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assign out all jobs requested by customer to respective departments for further action.
- Based on customer feedback, identify the probles trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
- Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.

**Job Requirement ;**
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma and Degree Certificate
- Required Language(s) : Very Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 1 year experience in Customer Service will be advantage.
- Fresh graduate will good communication skill is welcome to apply
- Training will be provided; fast learner
- Malaysian only
- Able to start work immediately
- 50 full time position(s) available

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
