Business Account Manager

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To establish strategic marketing plan and to identify and develop marketing opportunities in both local and oversea/ region.
- Hands on managerial experience, particularly in plan and organize effectively.
- Identifying new clients in a wide variety of industry sectors and maintain current and potential client relationship.
- Share and brainstorm new ideas and marketing strategies, and carry out regular industry benchmarking in order to ensure strategies are always aligned with business objectives and one step ahead of competitors for sustainable competitive edge.
- Responsible to meet the sales target and increase the sales volume.
- To provide daily customer service and technical support.
- Work closely with management to carry out the job assign.
** Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in marketing or equivalent. If no degree, relatable experience is required.
- Experience in managing large-scale and international marketing experience with proven sales track record in increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Core competencies required: Knowledgeable, Customer/Relationship-Oriented, Strong Communicator, Results-Oriented, Good Business Judgment and Infuses Pride in Organizational Vision, Mission and Values.
- Strategic and strong business sense with ability to research and source for new business opportunities.
- Resourceful with solid network of contacts and know-who and know-how in hunting prospective customers.
- Aggressive, persistent, strong passion and hungry for success with a committed motivation to get things done through execution.
- Strong technical affinity with willingness and commitment to learn product knowledge.
Customer focus, confident, excellent convincing and influential skills with strong ability to ‘close the deal’

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
