Manage incoming phone calls from customers
- Proactively generate sales leads by identifying potential clients and understanding their event needs.
- Assess customers' requirements to ensure satisfaction and tailor services accordingly.
- Cultivate sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information regarding event and catering services, utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
- Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, to drive business growth.
- Address customer complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, efficiently process customer accounts, and organize relevant documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent service quality.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience with the event and catering services.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good initiative, multi-tasking, well organized and able to work as a team.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to work at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
