We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Leica Biosystems. As a global leader in cancer diagnostics, we offer a comprehensive portfolio from biopsy to diagnosis, improving workflow efficiency and diagnostic confidence.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 15 years of escalating experience in sales, distributor management, sales management, and/or marketing roles in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, proven leadership skills, and strong business acumen.

The successful candidate will lead a team of sales and application professionals to drive country strategies, develop & execute LBS strategy in-country, and identify KOLs for each market. They will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy.

As the Commercial Leader, Leica Biosystems, you will have the opportunity to build a world-class Commercial organization, drive market leads and convert them to sales opportunities, and enhance LBS's position in the market. You will work closely with regional marketing leads to develop sufficient funnel and manage quality funnel and hygiene.
