New Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to join our underwriting team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions, are also essential.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of business effectiveness through monitoring of activity and making recommendations for change or remedial action. You will also contribute to / assist with business compliance with regulatory compliance.
