Main Duties
  • Work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics department to deliver products efficiently.
  • Oversee the entire delivery process, from receiving orders to dispatch.
  • Create daily delivery schedules and packing lists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and send invoices and delivery orders for each shipment.
  • Keep the delivery schedule up-to-date by reflecting any changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and other requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records and files.
  • Share essential feedback from the sales team and customers with relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce reports as required to track sales performance and other key metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • The role may involve temporary coverage of maternity leave staff.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is strongly preferred.
  • New graduates may also be considered for this position.
  • A minimum of a diploma in Business Studies or Administration Management is necessary.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Strong skills in accuracy, efficiency, organization, and time management are crucial.
  • Excellent personal qualities such as self-motivation, flexibility, responsibility, independence, teamwork, and multitasking are vital for success.
