Role Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing corporate accounts, providing high-quality servicing to existing hirers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain existing corporate accounts by analyzing customer needs through data-driven methods and proposing effective solutions.
  • Design and implement account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales.
  • Identify target accounts and propose solutions to overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans or customer programs whenever required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and key account management.
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision makers.
