Account Growth Specialist
Amgen is looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to take on the role of Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans to sell biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and other key decision makers. You will build strong relationships with industry stakeholders while staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.

About This Role
  • You will establish personal and business relationships with key decision makers and prescribers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • You will raise market awareness for Amgen Products and focus on developing each account to its fullest potential through face-to-face and virtual connections.
  • You will convert customer needs and expectations into opportunities with tailored sales tactics.
  • You will ensure timely follow-through on customer commitments and requests.
  • You will collect market intelligence and use comprehensive insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory and key account plans.
  • You will optimize coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in niche or specialty portfolios is required; Hematology or Oncology experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, self-motivation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
