Territory Account Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Territory Account Sales Executive to expand new business and renewals in main accounts. This role is responsible for exceeding financial goals, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling.
The successful candidate will work closely with Autodesk Partner Management and Channel Partners to drive sales growth and deliver results. A strong understanding of the AEC industry and experience in handling government projects/accounts is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver Sales Quota with focus on new business.
- Create new business by creatively expanding existing accounts.
- Leverage Renewal Executive to drive renewals in main accounts.
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account.
- Develop important relationships within the account.
- Ensure the Autodesk team delivers value to the Account(s).
- Manage accounts through entire sales process.
- Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
- Partner collaboratively with channel partners.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at multiple levels within the targeted account.
- Sell complex service engagements.
- Be a Trusted Adviser for customers.
- Help customers develop success reference stories.
