About the Job:

Ansell Limited, a world leader in providing health and safety protection solutions, seeks an accomplished Territory Sales Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive accelerated growth in core scientific market segments.

This challenging role will involve managing a geographic territory, collaborating with regional teams, and contributing to the company's overall growth. Key responsibilities include assessing and executing Ansell's Life Science strategy, building stakeholder relationships, ensuring business readiness for contract renewals, and developing sales strategies within the territory.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments, and demonstrated selling/channel experience in the Life Science sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly assess, analyse, prioritise, plan and execute Ansell's Life Science Strategy in order to achieve defined business and share of sector objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at site and regional decision-making levels.
  • Ensure Ansell is business-ready to maximise existing contract renewals and formulate pricing strategies for regional accounts.
  • Utilize SFDC to prospect for new customers and qualify leads while supporting key accounts and the regional team in managing end-users and channels.
  • Develop, plan, and implement sales strategies within the territory collaborating with the Inside Sales and regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritise new business and growth opportunities.
  • Plan effective joint end-user engagement strategies with Distributor teams.
  • Utilize Ansell selling technologies for reporting, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare territory-wide end-user call cycle plan for quarterly cycling.
  • Summarize and share key market information/trends and competitive activities.
  • Create awareness and demand for company products through market insights.
  • Develop technical expertise related to products and industry.
  • Represent Ansell effectively at local territory trade shows and industry forums.
