Responsibilities and Duties
  • Generating leads and following up with prospects.
  • Building customer relationships and closing sales.
  • Analyzing customer needs and matching them against Lenovo products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound/inside/tele sales or sales via e-commerce platforms.
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers regarding current promotions and product upgrades and new product launches.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Mandarin & Cantonese with commercial sense, problem solving and negotiation skills.
