Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve set targets. This includes managing trade funds within budget levels and developing Annual Customer Plans.
You will be accountable for maintaining effective trading relationships with designated Key Accounts and monitoring the success of Annual Customer Plans. Your role also involves determining execution of promotions and other trade agreements with the sales force.
In addition, you will support Finance in reconciliation of all outstanding payments and disputed invoices with designated Key Accounts.
You will lead and guide a team of Key Account Executives and Sales Merchandisers, identifying new business opportunities to expand market share and business.
