Sales Director

TMK Chemical Bhd. is a leading industry player in the inorganic chemicals industry in Malaysia, with multiple facilities and terminals across the country.
Sales Role Overview- We are looking for a skilled professional to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record of driving projects to successful conclusion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to enhance performance aligned with management direction.
- Research and implement best practices and business strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage Performance Management Systems to ensure seamless execution across the organization.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Convene cross-functional work teams on critical improvements projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years working experience with at least 8 years' experience at senior management level or relevant role.
- Minimum 5 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience.
- Relevant working experience in industrial manufacturing/chemical industry is preferable.
