The Accounts Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the timely capture of invoices into the accounting system, performing fund receipt entries, creating new supplier codes, and actively participating in process improvement activities on the purchase-to-payment cycle. Additionally, they will follow up closely with other departments on outstanding matters, work closely with staff from various departments, and support any ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by their superior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification. Working experience in finance, account receivables, or payables is preferred but not compulsory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to comprehend system behavior are essential.
