We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Management Professional to join our team at TMF Group. As a Regional Collections Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing Regional Account Receivables (AR), client invoicing process, and bad debts.

Key responsibilities include analyzing the ageing of trade receivables, collecting outstanding cash, sending reminders to clients, and calling them accordingly. You will also need to interface with customers to actively resolve credit and billing issues promptly.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve credit and billing issues, maintain accurate records of collection activities, and identify and address root causes of invoicing issues.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance.
  • Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to management.
