About the Role

This job involves supporting a busy finance team at Adnan Sundra & Low. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial tasks, such as preparing invoices, responding to queries, and performing bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review daily invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Address partners' queries regarding draft invoices and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Process payment vouchers and post them into the system.
  • Complete journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and disbursements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations for company accounts.
  • Support the Section Head in analyzing monthly expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidates should have a strong background in accounting and relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Possessing knowledge of Core Matter Accounting software is preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Good attitude, teachability, and initiative to learn are essential.
