At StoreHub, we are on a mission to enable businesses to succeed. As the Sales Team Efficiency Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales funnel efficiency and effectiveness.

This involves overseeing communication channels such as calls and chats to ensure timely and high-standard responses, all while adhering to established processes. You will also engage in regular team coaching and development, fostering both soft skills and strategic thinking needed for success.

You will lead daily huddles to address blockers and team concerns, and provide coaching through roleplays and shadowing sessions. Additionally, you will conduct weekly leadership meetings to discuss strategic plans and improve the performance of the Sales Coordinator team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team consisting of Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Coordinators.
  • Monitor and review lead quality and volume, ensuring optimal conversion rates from leads to meetings.
  • Develop solutions to enhance the sales funnel's efficiency and resolve any identified gaps.
  • Foster the growth of team members by providing regular feedback and conducting monthly 1:1 sessions for performance evaluation and goal-setting.
