Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our fundraising efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive funding strategy to attract corporate sponsors, government grants, and philanthropic contributions.
  • Identify and engage potential funders, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and government agencies.

2. Partnership Development

  • Develop value-added partnerships beyond financial sponsorships, including mentorship programs, employment pathways for scholars, and in-kind contributions.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, government bodies, and philanthropic organizations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, corporate partnerships, or sponsorship management.
  • Proven track record in securing high-value funding from corporations, government grants, or philanthropic sources.
