Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies to meet quality and reliability targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex product yield improvement issues
  • Design and participate in Test-to-Release (TTR) activities, including data analysis and presentation
  • Manage program and production checkout, engineering change order (ECO) management, and supply chain activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant field; Master's or PhD preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in semiconductor testing and/or product engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and work under pressure
