About the Job
This role involves working as a Telesales professional, identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our services and subscription plans. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or a similar role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails or messages
- Presentation of our company to potential clients and education on our services, subscription plans, and support in product launches
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Tailor product solutions to increase client satisfaction
- Build rapport and long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up-to-date with latest products/services and their price/payment plans
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calling, is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
Work Arrangement:
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Monday - Friday
- RM15/hour
