We are AM SALES & MARKETING SDN BHD, an Industrial Solution provider serving the Malaysian market.
Job SummaryThis position requires a highly skilled individual to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner;
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives when necessary;
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience;
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers;
- Performance Targets: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets;
- Order Management: Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices;
- Order Tracking: Follow up on all orders, schedule orders, back orders, and collections;
- Support Services: Provide support to salesperson in issuing quotation, proforma invoice, processing & monitoring of all their orders;
- ETA Monitoring: Tracking ETA dates (outstanding sales order monitoring & follow-up, updating salesperson & customers);
- Delivery Arrangement: Ensure all orders are processed timely in accordance with our process flows;
- Education: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field;
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field of at least 2 years is preferred;
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset;
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
