  5. Assist with promotional activities, such as setting up signage, distributing flyers, packing gifts, or informing customers about ongoing discounts.
  6. Escalate complex customer issues to the store manager when necessary.
  7. Support team members in daily tasks, such as stocktaking or closing the store.
Requirements:

Education: SPM qualification (or equivalent) preferred; prior retail or customer service experience an advantage but not required.

Languages: Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Chinese, Tamil) beneficial depending on store location and customer base.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift light loads (e.g., up to 8 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn on the job.
