About the Role

As an IT Support Professional in our Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a vital role in providing first-level technical support to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. This involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating incoming IT-related incident tickets, remote support, and solving incidents
  • Fulfilling IT-related service requests, such as creating user accounts
  • Supporting users via call, chat, email, and ticketing tools
  • Creating and updating knowledge base articles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant IT working experience in Service Desk/Technical Support
  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications
  • Possesses troubleshooting, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service driven, culturally sensitive, has patience, understands the importance of confidentiality and business privacy
