About the Position

This role is critical in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing account plans that drive revenue growth and retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a designated portfolio of existing accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to identify new opportunities and improve revenue performance.
  • Developing proactive contact strategies to engage customers and drive business results.
  • Generating leads across Iron Mountain product lines to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Reviewing and managing customer contract renewals to ensure timely execution.
  • Understanding each account's organizational structure to engage Iron Mountain across the entire customer 'field of play'.
  • Identifying and managing potential profit improvements and pricing exposures using Iron Mountain tools and processes.
  • Providing regular forecasts and capturing material revenue adjustments as soon as they are discovered.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to promote the value proposition of Iron Mountain products and services.
