Role and Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in Malaysia. You will act as the primary contact point for customers and prospects, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all matters are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding marketing actions, promotions, new products, and services, and provide regular follow-up to ensure they are aware of available options.
  • Process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer or prospect.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a commercial function, preferably in sales or account management.
  • A very good knowledge of Malay and English (oral and written), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A strong relational sales agent focused on achieving results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A team player who can work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions, with a strong organizational mindset and attention to detail.
