- Address and resolve billing issues, service interruptions, and customer concerns, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Assist in tracking and managing outstanding payments for enterprise customers to maintain healthy account status.
- Handle customer communications regarding product launches, tactical programs, account matters, and special service requests while supporting sales administration tasks as needed.
- Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma, preferably Bachelor of Degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Telco Enterprise Sales.
- Preferably candidate with existing customer database.
