About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at Hytech Empire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving client complaints, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and draft personalized responses to client inquiries.
  • Implement authorized compensatory measures when appropriate.
  • Proactively identify and report emerging patterns in client feedback and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling.
  • Familiarity with financial products and experience using MT4 and trading platforms is a plus.
