Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage sales quotations for clients
  2. Assist with purchase orders (PO) and document processing
  3. Evaluate and ensure all quotations comply with client requirements and company policies
  4. Handle inquiries from local and international clients
  5. Provide timely updates on orders and quotations
  6. Assist the sales team with administrative and document tasks
  7. Plan and coordinate shipments with logistics teams and suppliers
  8. Maintain clear and organized communication with vendors
  9. Track order progress and payment collection
  10. Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Fluency in English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Experience in sales administration or quotation preparation is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset
