Customer Service Ambassador

Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer relations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
This position involves managing customer inquiries through various channels, including website, email, and telephone. You will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager and team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support, maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage web enquiries submitted through company websites or toll-free lines
* Handle enquiries or sales leads for Rentokil Initial businesses
* Handle complaints or issues raised by customers or callers through web feedback forms, toll-free numbers, email, or fax
* Perform satisfaction follow-up calls to regain customer confidence
* Make outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial services
* Support customer loyalty and world-class programs
* Key in sales leads/enquiries into the system and inform the 'person in charge' to follow up and close the ticket
* Follow up with Customer Development Personnel on prospect status
* Prepare weekly and monthly calls, customer feedback, and outbound call reports
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
* Good written and oral skills, especially in English and BM
* Moderate to good computer skills, well-versed in Microsoft Office
* Pleasant personality and ability to communicate with all levels of customers
* Good organisational skills
