We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our operations team and maintain seamless daily branch activities.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit new business opportunities through referrals, cold calls, and sales visits.
- Cross-sell banking and financial products to customers.
- Evaluate and propose credit applications carefully.
- BUILD strong relationships with valued customers to increase loyalty and product holding.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the bank's professional image.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge.
- Malaysian citizen with a degree or diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or retail management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
