Visa Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute highly complex programs with multiple interests involved. You will manage a portfolio of relationships with assigned accounts, grow overall client volumes across all products, and contribute to the development and implementation of country and account plans.

  1. Establish alliance partners (non-banks, technology service providers, merchants) and create new business opportunities for growth of Visa business.
  2. Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the team.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of the payments and digital commerce industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence people and work across boundaries.
