Sales Relationship Manager

As an Account Manager at Lenovo, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with public & private educational institutions.
About the Job- Manage and grow existing relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Oversee the deployment of our products and services within client organizations, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve account objectives and portray as IT advisory to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Prepare and present reports on client progress, satisfaction, and potential areas for growth to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably within education sector.
- Strong knowledge of the public & private education ecosystem, including current trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
