In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process at Atlantic Partners Asia. Your primary objective will be to design and implement efficient onboarding processes that meet client expectations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
About You:
- You have experience in operational management and client onboarding, preferably within the financial services sector.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You are familiar with regulatory compliance and risk management principles, including know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Client Onboarding Plans: Create tailored onboarding plans that cater to individual client needs, risk profiles, and business goals.
- Execute Onboarding Processes: Manage the onboarding timeline, ensuring timely completion of tasks, including account setup, documentation, KYC checks, and technical integration with company systems.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing clear guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and prevent delays.
