This is an exciting time to join us as a Sales Executive, where you'll work independently and within our Malaysia team to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

The Opportunity

You'll be the representative to our customers in both clinic and hospital settings throughout Malaysia. Your role involves planning, organizing, and executing activities that will assist the company in meeting its high expectations for quality customer service.

This is a somewhat autonomous role, requiring you to be comfortable making frontline decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customers' needs and position our product or offering accordingly
  • Achieve allocated monthly sales target
  • Present product information and demonstrate how it works
  • Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services using effective selling skills
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
  • Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
  • Manage account information and buying trends
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies for a consistent marketing message
  • Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
  • Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports
