About the Job
This is a full-time and permanent position based in our Kuala Lumpur office, offering regional coverage and opportunities for career growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building sustainable client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement business development strategies to meet annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and market research.
- To assess clients' needs and Vistra's ability to meet those needs.
- To work closely with local service-line teams on client solutioning and deal closure.
- Act as the principal contact in the development and servicing of new client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with demand generation and marketing on client campaigns.
- Utilize CRM to track client interactions and drive business growth.
Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in business development and sales.
Previous experience at Big 4 or professional services firms is highly desirable.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client bases is essential.
The ideal candidate should have prior B2B sales experience and deep knowledge in Accounting and Finance/Payroll Services/Corporate Secretarial.
A sound understanding of Asian multi-cultural business nature is also required.
