This role involves leading a team of skilled professionals, developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and working closely with department heads to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hotel operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Make informed decisions to drive profitability and business growth.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hotel operations across multiple functions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
