Job Title: Digital Media Performance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing all local paid online acquisition efforts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok ads, Search engine marketing (SEM), Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads, and Affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Execution: Help in the strategy and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts, including:
    • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok ads
    • Search engine marketing (SEM)
    • Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
    • Affiliates
  • Data Analysis: Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)
  • Workflow Management: Manage day-to-day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and make adjustments as necessary to fulfill the set objectives
  • Client Service: Serve clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
  • Account Management: Spearhead relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones
  • Innovation: Innovate to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
  • Market Trends: Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices with peers within the group
  • Accountability: Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor executives to take up implementations across platforms

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Min. 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty
  • Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership abilities and track record of hitting targets with limited resources/budget
  • Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
