At Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd, we are a boutique recruitment agency that specializes in providing tailored human resources solutions within the APAC region. As a business development executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within the South East Asia region.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch our recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

Market Research and Strategic Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on industry and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment and business strategies to attract top-tier clients and talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings to job offer negotiations.
  • Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment

  • Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure a high level of suitability for client roles.

We are looking for individuals who have strong operational experience in a specific industry, are new to recruitment, and are motivated to try this experience. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, candidates, and colleagues. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of the local job market, industry trends, and the recruitment landscape in Southeast Asia.
