Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team in Talent Attraction & Acquisition.

  • Support interview activities, including liaising with advertising and recruitment agencies for placing recruitment advertisements, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications and resumes, conducting phone screenings, making recommendations on candidates, coordinating and scheduling appointments, interviewing job applicants, and conducting tests.
  • Inform short-listed candidates and confirm time with both candidates and the hiring manager/interviewer.
  • Record keeping and review records, compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, resignations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
  • Support the onboarding/offboarding process for new hires/resignation, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Learning & Development

As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing performance management to ensure proper performance planning, tracking, and reviewing are timely implemented for confirmation, quarterly, and year-end appraisal based on KPI.
  • Driving alignment of performance management framework.
  • Participating in the implementation/roll-out of any new campaigns, initiatives, policies.
  • Providing HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
  • Developing and overseeing communication campaigns and events for employee programs, such as talent programs, and for change management/transformation needs.
  • Conducting and coordinating on Learning & Development functions, such as internal training, competencies training.
  • Managing the execution and development of the Company's Talent program.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis.
  • Understanding and breaking down business problems to create and propose a learning solution.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistency in executing all HR business processes.
  • Ensuring HR policies, procedures, reporting, records, and filing systems, such as employee files, leave records, etc., are updated and in compliance with the law.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Updating and maintaining the monthly Organization Chart across the Group.
  • Supporting any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or Behavioural Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree qualifications.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
